Hi, I’m Angela Wood—Creative Director and Senior Artist at AW Beauty & Bridal. I oversee the day-to-day operations and proudly lead our boutique team of 20 talented artists. With over 20 years of global experience in fashion and bridal beauty, I’ve had the honor of being featured in Seventeen and Marie Claire, and have led a team of artists to California—the heart of makeup artistry—to refine our skills and find fresh inspiration.
I’m a proud Canadian, proud mom of three, a people-lover, and deeply passionate about building a beauty business rooted in heart. AW Beauty & Bridal is more than makeup—it’s a locally owned, feel-good space where women support women, artistry thrives, and confidence is celebrated.

Chelsey leads our artist recruitment, thoughtfully screening kindhearted, down-to-earth, and exceptionally skilled artists who embody the Angela Wood Beauty experience. She also manages our social media, helping brides discover if our team is the right fit for them.
A natural designer with a background in home staging, furniture redesign, and other creative pursuits, Chelsey brings that same thoughtful artistry to hair. She has trained under Alyson Gough of Emerald Beauty, Styles by Summer, and Angela Wood herself, styling numerous photoshoots both as a hair artist and creative director.
Soft-spoken, kind, and approachable, Chelsey’s expertise and calm presence help make every bride’s journey seamless, beautiful, and stress-free—from the very first impression to the wedding day itself.

Sarah leads Angela Wood Beauty’s client experience, ensuring every bride feels confident, cared for, and celebrated throughout her journey. Sarah is a professionally trained makeup artist from one of Toronto’s elite beauty schools, with experience in film, TV, and commercial projects—including work featured feature films. She has also successfully run her own businesses, giving her exceptional skills in logistics, event coordination, and artist management.
Deeply committed to Angela Wood Beauty, Sarah ensures that every client experience is seamless and stress-free. She coordinates events, manages artists, and oversees client logistics with care, always prioritizing the happiness and well-being of both brides and our team members. Calm, organized, and dedicated, she makes every bride feel confident, supported, and celebrated from start to finish.
