Once you receive your personalized quote, you’ll have ten business days to review and confirm. During this time, we’re happy to make adjustments as needed.
Step Two — You’re Officially Reserved
Once your date is secured, you’ll receive our Welcome Email with access to your private Bridal Portal, personalized questionnaire, preliminary timeline, and communication in one secured place.
Step Three — Bridal Preview
We will send you a link to book your relaxed, in-studio preview where we refine and perfect your look. If you choose to skip the preview, your personalized questionnaire and inspiration imagery will guide the process.
Step Four — Wedding-Day Planning, Handled
Your personalized beauty timeline is delivered 4–6 weeks before your wedding. From artist coordination to vendor communication, we manage the details—ensuring a smooth, effortless morning.

Your Bridal Preview — Calm, Personalized, Perfected right in our Studio.
Your bridal preview takes place in a private, one-chair studio designed to feel calm, focused, and entirely yours.
Professional-grade lighting ensures you see your makeup exactly as it will photograph, while our artists refine your look with thoughtful adjustments—so there are no surprises on your wedding day.
Optional enhancements let you elevate your preview into a mini spa day, including facials, lash extensions, teeth whitening, and more, while additional time to explore multiple looks can be booked in advance.
Previews are currently offered at our AW Beauty Studio in Barrie or mobile previews available across Toronto and surrounding areas—bringing the luxury, editorial experience directly to you.
Wedding day beauty rates are thoughtfully tailored to your service selections, party size, location and morning timeline.
Please submit a Quote Request, and we’ll initiate your quote. At that time, your date will be reserved for 10 business days while you finalize your totals and to make adjustments as needed.
Kindly note we require a minimum of four services on premium Saturdays (June–October) unless you are booking at our Exclusive Bridal Salon inside the Beauty Wellness Hub in South Barrie. Here, you’ll enjoy a completely private morning designed for luxury, calm, and personalized pampering in our one-chair studio — nestled inside a stunning beauty and wellness boutique.

We believe in transparency, as it’s often unclear in the wedding industry. While we can’t speak for every business, we’re happy to explain how we work. Weddings are complex, and the bride's pricing reflects the unique demands and coordination involved. This includes event coordination, beauty planning, artist management, and timeline oversight.
By booking with a licensed vendor, you're securing your date with a signed contract, protecting your investment, and ensuring peace of mind. This investment guarantees top-tier service, professionalism, and confidence on your special day.
What products and tools do you use?
We use top-of-the-line, Sephora-grade products, including MAC, Makeup Forever, NARS, bareMinerals, Charlotte Tilbury, and Urban Decay, along with industry-standard tools. Our luxury makeup ensures all-day hold, so you can look and feel your best throughout your special day.
What is extra?
Gratuity, and HST exclusive. Parking Fees (if applicable).
Weddings on holidays may be subject to alternate pricing.
An early morning fee of $100 per artist applies for bookings before 6:00 AM. For locations with an unreasonable artist start time in the Gravenhurst area, we may request hotel accommodations to ensure safe travel for our team and maintain professional artistry.
Do you charge a travel fee?
At Angela Wood Beauty & Bridal, travel fees reflect the luxury of having a salon come to you, including professional on-location setup. Travel fees are $1/km one way. These fees cover mobile studio setup, kit preparation, travel time, and fuel.
Do you offer additional services?
We partner with top industry professionals to offer our clients additional services like Botox, Nano Hair Extensions, Expert Facials, and Teeth Whitening. Ask about our $25 discount on these services!
